SHIPPING: 

Shipped orders will require a signature upon delivery unless prior notice is received.

All orders will be shipped are shipped Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders received after 3pm on Thursday will ship the following Wednesday. We will make every attempt to process requests for special deliveries. A small processing fee may be required. Items will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been confirmed. We are unable to reroute packages once they have be sent.

International:

If an item is being shipped to a destination outside the US, any tax, customs, and import duties will be determined by the client's local government, in addition to our shipping costs. Any additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

Items will be shipped from the USA with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. This is Non-Negotiable.

RETURNS

All REGULAR PRICED merchandise shipped within the continental United States and Canada is available for return, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for return, all products must be in their original unworn condition with the original tags or box (if applicable). You must contact the store before returning for authorization.

All international shipments are tendered as final sale.

Also, in the instance of an exchange, we will not ship out the replacement item until the original item has been returned and received back in the store.

Please note that we are not responsible if returned goods are lost or damaged in transit. We advise that all return packages be insured.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCT INFORMATION:

Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed. On occasion an item will be unavailable. We try to keep the website as updated as possible, but as the merchandise comes from our floor inventory, items may already be sold out. Please note that your order will only be processed if the item is in stock.

Please note that while we try to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer settings and may not be completely accurate.
